One of our customers runs a bakery that specializes in gluten-free, wheat-free and nut-free breads, cookies, muffins, cakes, bagels, pies, crackers and pizza dough. Yum!

The baked goods are so soft and moist that you can imagine you are eating the real thing and not feel deprived. This customer uses our unique cold-temperature laser paper labels to identify their products, since they want to be able to offer their customers the option of freezing the entire bakery item or any unused portions.
