Asset, Property & Security Label Materials
The following materials are available blank for you to print your own labels or partially printed with say, your company logo, for you to finish printing on-site. If you prefer, we offer our printing services for certain QuickShip Asset Labels made in a popular 1.875" x 0.75" label size or you can order any custom size you want. Durable Thermal Transfer | |
| 640 | Durable White Polyester Labels are designed for harsh environments and temperature extremes. Their high-performance aggressive adhesive is made for rough, textured surfaces. Rated for 2-year outdoor life. Can be preprinted or left blank for you to print in your facility. Recommended Printing Ribbons: T96/T97 or T84/T95. See our QuickShip Asset Labels. |
| EnduraLabel | High-performance "Industrial-Strength" White Polyester Labels have a superior adhesive that aggressively bonds to rough, highly textured substrates, oily and greasy surfaces, and low-surface energy plastics. In the harsh industrial conditions of manufacturing, construction, and automotive work where you need to identify such items as tools and equipment or storage containers like drums and stocking bins, they will provide permanent identification without a lot of surface pre-cleaning. Your best choice when only the toughest will do. Recommended Printing Ribbons: T96/T97, T84/T85, T80/T81. |

| 475 | Durable Clear Polyester Labels have a clear acrylic adhesive and offer excellent UV stability. They can also be used as a printable over-laminate. Recommended Printing Ribbons: T68/T69, T84/T85, T80/T81. |
| 430 | Tough, outdoor durable Plastic Tags (no adhesive) are great for marking items that aren't easy to label. They are commonly used in harsh environments and applications such as asset tags, lumber tags, nursery tags. Recommended Printing Ribbons: T96/T97. |

| 839 | Matte White Polyester Labels come on sheets and have good heat and water resistance for durable label applications. |
| 850 | Gloss Clear Polyester Labels are designed for high clarity, has excellent resistance to discoloration and aging. It is fairly stiff, very strong material that comes in sheet form and has a good permanent adhesive. |

| 799 | Preprinted anodized aluminum tags for extreme conditions where labels may be exposed to weathering, heat up to 1200F, harsh chemicals, solvents, and moisture. Available in thickness' from 3 to 12.5 mils thick, printable with one or more colors, and available with an aggressive pressure sensitive adhesive or mounting holes. |

| 820 | Gloss White Laser VOID Polyester Labels have a tamper evident adhesive like our Thermal Transfer product #320. They leave behind a "VOID" message if anyone tries to remove them. |
Destructible | |
| 323 | White Thermal Transfer Plastic Labels are specially designed to self-destruct when tampered with. The effect they create is similar to peeling paint - the material will actually "fracture". | 749 | Super Durable White Polyester Labels are preprinted and have an extra aggressive adhesive for a vast array of surface conditions. They have a matte over-laminate for solvent, smudge, and abrasion resistance. See our QuickShip Asset Labels. |

Optional Features for Asset and Property Identification
Special features can be incorporated into your asset and security labels to enhance their performance. Please note that some features can not be used together or with specific materials. Pre-Printed Numbering and Bar Codes - We can print just about anything on your labels. Sequential numbering, numbers from a data file submitted to us, or any combination of the two. Duplicate labels, special check characters, 2D (2 dimensional) or custom bar codes. Protective Plastic Coating - To make a label Super Durable, we add an over-laminate to protect it. This tough plastic coating will do the trick. We can print your labels and laminate them for you or we can provide the laminate cut for the labels you print. Logos and Artwork - Your company logo (or any graphic) can be added in single and full color. You name it. We will work with you on the format for your logo. Custom Security Labels - Designed to respond to your unique security labeling needs. |
