Save with Low Cost / High Temperature Polyimides

Labeled PCBTimes are tough and prices are killing us. Foreign competition is cutting into our electronics business with low cost labor. Even with minor economic growth projected for 2013, the financial woes in Europe and the sluggish growth in China, US manufacturers are struggling to compete. Companies are looking at any and all ways to save - from conservative hiring to more efficient production and lean manufacturing. That includes Electronic Imaging Materials!

So how does it sound if you can save on the cost of your high temperature labels? EIM is now offering NEW low cost polyimide labels for printed circuit boards. We know high temperature surface mount processes have demanding requirements. To label both the top of boards (in mixed processes) or the bottom side (for wave soldering), you need extremely durable, chemical and temperature resistant label materials. Dimension stability is also important, but until now that all came at a price.

New #635 and #636 1 and 2 mil Gloss Polyimides are perfect for high resolution printing―especially when you want to include larger amounts of data in smaller 2D barcodes like DataMatrix. These latest labeling alternatives meet many of the same tough conditions as some of our long-standing, but more expensive gloss polyimide products.

Now is the time to save!
