Bar code labels need to remain clear and easily readable even under the toughest of conditions in order to be properly scanned. Some labels perform better in the lab processes than others. Below we have listed some of our popular CryoLabel® materials with some of their characteristics and features. | Clear TT CryoLabels® | Clear thermal transfer plastic, our Sens-A-Mark™ CryoLabels® are specifically designed with a solid print block and enough clear material to wrap around and over your print for extra protection. Vials and plates can be stored at extremely low temperatures. Recommended Printing Ribbon: T68/T69. Also available in Stock Size. |
| Laser Paper Labels | This specialty-coated, water-resistant paper comes with extra-aggressive adhesive that works well in very cold temperatures (down to -65°F). Available in 8.5" x 11" sheets in Stock Sizes and custom made. |
| Laser Plastic Labels | Opaque white laser plastic specially designed to withstand liquid nitrogen temperatures and provide excellent opacity for cover-up applications. Slight label overlap recommended on small test tubes. |
