PRINTING PROBLEMS:

Many times people jump to the conclusion that their printing problems are a result of bad labels, tags or printing ribbons.  Before making this decision, it is important to make sure your printer and software have been thoroughly evaluated to make sure the proper settings and adjustments have been made.  Each material and ribbon combination may require different settings and so we suggest you keep a log of the differences.  Also see our Troubleshooting Techniques. 

Then if you are still having problems, Electronic Imaging will work with you to determine the route cause of your problems and work to rectify them.   To be prepared, we ask that you record when your problems first started, give a full description of the problem and save samples that may be needed for inspection and testing.
